Set this up (one-time, ~5 minutes)

No upload link is configured yet. The simplest option is a shared Google Photos album — it takes photos and videos, works from any phone, and doubles as a place to browse everyone's shots.

Open Google Photos and create a new album (e.g. "Lady Trojans Fall 2026").
Tap Share → Create link, then turn on "Let anyone with the link add photos."
Copy that link.
Paste it into uploadUrl inside assets/data.js, save, and re-deploy the site.

This page will then show a working link and QR code automatically. Full details, plus a Google Form alternative, are in the project's README.md.
